The Intentional Life Discipleship Program at JH Ranch

One’s spiritual journey is intentionally lived. Personal rest, solitude, prayer, and growth in the wisdom of God are the foundations for an effective spiritual life. Jesus cultivated a lifestyle of dependency that was essential for hearing and cooperating with the Spirit of God, and He encouraged us to the same way of life.

“Come with Me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.”

Mark 6:31

The Intentional Life of a Disciple is a deeper spiritual program offering teaching, mentoring, and experiences for becoming a spiritually effective person.

This week, tailored for your personal growth, will include:

      • teaching on discerning the will of God and practicing His presence

      • directed solo times for cultivating sensitivity to the Holy Spirit

      • building a life-long prayer practice (personally, family, world)

      • integrating personal spiritual intimacy into relationship with others

This week will be co-hosted by Heather Johnston and Dr. Jim Houston, founder of Regent College and Senior Fellow at the C.S. Lewis Institute.

Enjoy this program while staying at the luxurious Scott River Lodge located in the mountains of northern California along the scenic Scott River. Activities will include excursions to JH Ranch, white-water rafting, hiking, cooking classes, and more.

The Intentional Life Program will run the week of July 29 - August 5 and will be $1475 per person, based upon double occupancy.
